The SEND team at Radnor House seeks to identify pupils with Special Educational needs and Disabilities at the earliest opportunity and offer appropriate provision.

There is a whole school approach to supporting SEND pupils with the aim that they have full access to a broad and balanced curriculum. All staff are made aware of each pupil’s needs via the SEND list, whole staff meetings and SEND internal staff training. All teachers have a responsibility to differentiate lessons to cater for individual learning needs.
