Year 5 Entry - Online Registration

Thank you for your interest in Radnor House School. Entrance at 9+ is by academic assessment along with a classroom activity session. To register your child to be considered for admission to Radnor House in Year 5, please complete the online registration below and pay the £125 non-refundable registration fee through the online payment system at the end of the form. Birthdates for Year 5 2022 will be between 01 September 2012 – 31 August 2013

The Registration Deadline for Year 5 and Year 7 assessments is Friday 19th November 2021

Registration Documentation Required 

Please have the following documents on-hand before you start the application. The documents will need to be uploaded during the online process, it is not possible to save and restart at a later date:

  1. A scan of a passport, clearly showing name and date of birth (if the child does not have a current passport please upload a scan of their long birth certificate)

  2. An electronic copy of your child's latest end of school report

  3. A recent passport sized 'head and shoulders' photograph of your child

  4. Debit or credit card details for online payment (please note we cannot accept American Express)

If Applicable:

  1. A copy of visa/residence permit/proof of right to remain

  2. Formal diagnosis report for any medical, physical, behavioural or learning support conditions (dated within 2 years of the scheduled assessment date)

  3. Supporting documentation for any exam concessions requested for your child.

The form will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. All data will be processed in accordance with our policies on privacy and data protection found here.
