This event will now take place virtually.

We are making a few changes to the traditional Open Evening format which we believe will benefit everyone and mitigate the risk of any remaining restrictions on group numbers in the Autumn term.

Director of Sixth Form's Presentation:

After the wonderful feedback from our Virtual Open Days, the Director of Sixth Form's presentation will be screened virtually on the Monday evening prior to the Open Day event. This will give you the chance to gain a clearer understanding of our educational ethos and the wonderful opportunities Radnor House offers at Sixth Form.

Screening the presentation virtually will avoid large numbers of visitors gathering in the theatre and will allow you to enjoy the presentation in the comfort of your own home, it will also enable virtual viewing of our excellent off-site sports facilities.

On the Day:

Refreshments will be served on arrival at 6.30pm followed by a tour of our wonderful school facilities and the newly refurbished Sixth Form Centre with some of our Sixth Form pupils. Sixth Form teachers will be available to talk through the A level curriculum for their subjects and advise on your choices.

We are pleased to be able to offer tours of the school during the school day for those pupils considering Radnor House for entry in September 2022. The tours will last for approximately one hour and will start with an informal talk by Darryl Wideman - Head, or Stephen Carrington - Senior Deputy Head.

Following the talk you will be able to walk around the school with current pupils and members of the Admissions team who will be able to talk to you about life at Radnor House. As these tours take place during lesson time, unfortunately there will not be an opportunity to walk into classrooms or talk with academic staff.

School Tours are now fully booked for the Autumn Term

Due to the current demand, we are reviewing opportunities for further tours. Please complete the form below if you would like to be notified for any future tours that become available.

Head’s Address and Departmental Presentations:

After the wonderful feedback from our Virtual Open Days, the Head’s Address from Darryl Wideman and key departmental presentations will be screened virtually on the Thursday evening prior to the Open Day event. This will give you the chance to gain a clearer understanding of our educational ethos and the wonderful opportunities Radnor House offers to all children who join our community of learners.

Screening the presentation virtually will avoid large numbers of visitors gathering in the theatre and will allow you to enjoy the presentation in the comfort of your own home, it will also enable virtual viewing of our excellent off-site sports facilities

On the Day:

Please follow the link below to book your arrival slot. The day will run on a rotation basis with groups arriving every fifteen minutes. On arrival, you will be provided with resources for a self-guided tour to navigate around the school, with the opportunity to speak with pupils and staff in the faculty rooms. We have chosen to operate the day in this way to reduce crowding and give you the chance to explore the school at a leisurely pace, prioritising the areas that most interest you and your child.

During your visit refreshments will be served in the school theatre where the Head, members of the senior leadership team and the admissions department will be on hand to answer any questions. We expect that your visit will take no longer than one hour in total.
