Welcome to Radnor House School, we are a co-educational selective day school on the banks of the River Thames in Twickenham. There are three main entry points to Radnor House; Year 5 into the Junior School, Year 7 into the Senior School and Sixth Form.

Year 5 - Junior School

Applications for September 2019 are being accepted - please contact the admissions department for further information, email: admissions@radnorhouse.org

The main intake into the Junior School is at Year 5. We would advise parents to apply at least one year prior to entry. The entry procedure for Year 5 is via a classroom-based assessment morning.

Pupils who join us in Year 5 will not require further assessment to join the Senior School in Year 7 as they have already passed the entrance criteria at 9+

Year 7 - Senior School 

The main intake into the Senior School is at Year 7 with approximately 43 external places available to create a cohort of around 63 children. 

Entry to Radnor House is via the 11+ examination process and applicants must apply by the deadline published in the year prior to entry. Places are offered subject to the successful completion of the entrance procedure.

Sixth Form

We welcome applications from external applicants to join our Sixth Form, subject to a conditional offer based on GCSE results and successful performance in an ALIS test, interviews and school reference.  

Applicants are encouraged to apply in the Autumn term of Year 11.

Occasional Places - All Years

Occasional places in various Year Groups arise from time to time, please inquire by contacting the admissions department for further information. 

Fees

Admissions Fees

A registration fee of £125 is required to confirm an application to Radnor House. This fee is non-refundable should you wish to withdraw the application at any stage.

Deposit Payment

To accept the offer of a place, £1500 must be paid before the deadline outlined in the offer letter to confirm the place. The balance of the deposit is refunded once the pupil leaves school and the costs any unreturned/damaged school possessions have been deducted. If the place is not taken up after the deposit is paid, then the deposit is non-refundable.  For any Sixth Form applicant who does not achieve the required GCSE grades and is unable take up the place, the advance payment of deposit fees will be refunded in full.
