Registration Documentation Required 

Please have the following documents on-hand before you start the application. The documents will need to be uploaded during the online process, it is not possible to save and restart at a later date:

1. A scan of a passport, clearly showing name and date of birth (if the child does not have a current passport please upload a scan of their long birth certificate)

2. An electronic copy of your child's latest end of school report

3. A recent passport sized 'head and shoulders' photography of your child

• Debit or credit card details for online payment (please note we cannot accept American Express)

If Applicable:

1. A copy of visa/residence permit/proof of right to remain if applicable

2. Formal diagnosis report for any medical, physical, behavioural or learning support conditions (dated within 2 years of the assessment)

3. Supporting documentation for any exam concessions requested for your child

The form will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. All data will be processed in accordance with our policies on privacy and data protection found here.

Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee the offer of a place.
