Friends of Radnor House Twickenham School

Radnor House is extremely fortunate to have an active Friends Association that plays an integral part in the life of the school. All parents automatically become members of the association, the Friends of Radnor House (FoRH) when their child enters the school.

FoRH has a significant fundraising role and very successfully raises money each term for our designated charities. We also aim to provide opportunities for getting together, having fun, making new friends and laughter.

FoRH meetings and activities form an integral social link for all who want to be involved in the school.

Regular events throughout the year include MaDD (Make a Difference Day), this whole school event involves all the pupils, teachers and many parent volunteers donating a day of their time to do voluntary work with local charities; the Christmas Mini Market; fancy dress Quiz Night and our sparkling Summer Ball.

FoRH operates a system of Class Representatives. Each class in every year group has a rep, who acts as a link between the parents within the class, the committee and the class teacher. All committee members are elected at the summer AGM and the Chair holds the position for two years.

We rely largely on volunteers to participate in the planning and running of our activities and events so any contributions, no matter how small, are most welcome.
