A Level Results 2023

Pupils at Radnor House Twickenham are celebrating another hugely impressive set of A Level results, with 93% of the grades from A* to C.

Principal, Darryl Wideman, said, “Given everything this cohort of pupils has had to face, including the cancellation of their GCSE exams in 2021, they can feel exceptionally proud of what they have achieved.

Despite all the gloom in the national media, our pupils’ grades stand close comparison with last year and are a significant advance on what happened in pre-pandemic times.  This is a testament to the diligence and resilience of pupils, the commitment of staff and the support of parents – for which everyone deserves enormous credit.

We wish all our leavers well as they move on and we congratulate them for everything they have achieved.”

GCSE Results 2023

Following the success of last week’s A Level results, today it was the turn of the Year 11 pupils at Radnor House Twickenham to celebrate an outstanding set of GCSE results.

The overall pass rate was 99%, with just under 60% of the grades awarded at 9-7.  There were more top grades achieved this year than ever before at the school, even during the years when exams did not take place, which is an exceptional outcome.

Principal, Darryl Wideman, said, “Our Year 11 cohort can feel extremely proud of their GCSE results, both individually and collectively.  These grades are the least they deserve after all their hard work and perseverance, and after having so much of their secondary education affected by the pandemic.

Once again, our pupils have bucked the trend of lower grades nationally this year, producing an excellent set of results that stands comparison with anything previously achieved – a testament to the resilience of the pupils, the guidance of their teachers and the support of their parents – very well done!”
