We believe it is important to provide every pupil with the opportunity to hold a position of responsibility during their time at school. Self-actualisation is about having agency. It is powerful when a young person believes they have the power to influence and effect positive change or contribute positively to a wider-school project.

Our four main school committees provide the following roles:

School Council prefects                 Sustainability prefects

House prefects                                 Community prefects

Sixth form student leaders and senior staff lead and facilitate each committee.
