Birthdates for Year 12 2024 with be between 01 September 2007 - 31 August 2008

To register your child to be considered for admission to Radnor House in Sixth Form, please complete the online registration below and pay the £150 non-refundable registration fee through the online payment system at the end of the form. Registration Documentation Required 

Please have the following documents on-hand before you start the application. The documents will need to be uploaded during the online process, it is not possible to save and restart at a later date:

1. A scan of a passport, clearly showing name and date of birth (if the child does not have a current passport please upload a scan of their long birth certificate)

2. An electronic copy of your child's latest end of school report and predicted GCSE grades

3. Your child's Personal Statement, including their hobbies, interests, ambitions, and their motivation to study A levels at Radnor House

4. A recent passport sized 'head and shoulders' photograph of your child

5. Debit or credit card details for online payment (please note we cannot accept American Express)

If Applicable:

1. A copy of visa/residence permit/proof of right to remain

2. Formal diagnosis report for any medical, physical, behavioural or learning support conditions (dated within 2 years of the admission's deadline)

The form will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. All data will be processed in accordance with our policies on privacy and data protection.
