Pupils and parents gush about the teachers across the board – ‘brilliant’, ‘sensitive’, ‘beyond fantastic’ – nobody had a bad word to say. One, bowled over by her daughter’s improvement in maths, told us, ‘she has gone from saying “I can’t do it” to “I can’t do it yet”.

Inspiring Future Engineers! This week, seventeen of our Year 12 pupils attended a Dukes event on sustainable engineering. They learned about the key considerations for large projects like towns and airports, focusing on economics, human needs, environmental impact, and sustainability. Our pupils then applied their knowledge by designing a town based on a specific brief. This experience deepened their understanding of the complexities of engineering and the importance of long-term sustainability. We are so proud of their enthusiasm and creativity! #SustainableEngineering #FutureEngineers #STEMEducation #dukeseducation #sixthform

Fantasy Football Glory For Ethan! For the first time in its six-year history, the annual sixth form & teachers fantasy football league has been won by a student! Ethan of Y13 clinched the league on the final day of the season, taking home the coveted FPL Shield and etching his name into Radnor history. The sixth form performance this year was stunning, with Ethan sitting above a top 10 that included only one teacher, while the rest were in the bottom half of a 30-team league. Ethan was presented with his prize by Mr Meller after completing his final A Level business studies exam. Congratulations, Ethan! Can the teachers recover in 2025/26? We shall see! #FantasyFootball #Victory #StudentChampion #FPLShield #dukeseducation
